Hello & welcome, I am Dr. B, a licensed veterinarian and I would like to help you today. I do apologize that your question was not answered before. Different experts come online at various times; I just came online, read about your situation, and wanted to help.

Based on the dose Ruby had relative to her weight, this is actually a very small dose and less then what we use when treating with this drug. Therefore, we'd not expect any major issue here. We'd want to monitor for the next 24 hours for any adverse signs (common ones are agitation, confusion lethargy, and blood pressure changes) but again this dose was much lower then what should cause these signs. Therefore, we'd expect no harm here for Ruby.

Please take care,

Dr. B.
