My dog had a puppy yesterday at 2pm and she is acting like she is in labor again could she be having more pups? It is her first litter

While unusual, it can happen particularly if Fiocchi were successfully bred at two different times and the pups then would be of different ages. "Watchful waiting" is appropriate at this time. If you become concerned, an X-ray or ultrasound of her abdomen will clarify what's going on. In general, we become concerned if active stage 2 labor (active contractions) lasts more than 1 hour without producing a pup. A black, green, or red discharge would also be worrisome because it indicates placental separation and fetal distress or a pup lodged in the birth canal.
