Shivering and tounge in and out ?

I'm sorry that your question wasn't answered in a timely manner. I don't have much to go on but I can tell you that shivering is usually a pain response and her tongue action suggests either oral or gastrointestinal discomfort such as nausea, cramping, or gastroesophageal reflux (acid reflux, GERD, heartburn). It would be reasonable to see how an over the counter antacid such as famotidine (Pepcid) dosed at 0.25 mg/lb affects Popo. Do you have any reason to believe that Popo has an upset tummy - the ingestion of something new, inappropriate, spoiled, or a non-food item, e.g?
