Seroque appears to be very well-tolerated in dogs. In dogs receiving this drug for 6 or 12 months the only significant adverse effect was focal cataracts and those arose at the egregiously high dose of 45 mg/lb - 4 times the maximum recommended human dose. You might see transient sedation and mild GI distress within the next 48 hours but your dog should remain safe. Please respond with further questions or concerns if you wish.
