My 9week old pitbull is whining when going poop and when I try to look at his bottom tries to bite me like its hurting him also his eyes have become red around them any help what might be going on plz help asap

OK, this is an emergency. He should be evaluated by a local vet right away. I would start with a physical exam and x-ray of his abdomen. I'm worried about the possibility of an intussusception or obstructed bowel. These are both life threatening and should be dealt with immediately.
