Hello, I'm Dr RB and I'm a licensed veterinarian. Did you dog recently have his nails trimmed? If so, he may have being shy and resistant to anyone touching his feet if this wasn't a good experience for him. Also check if the bottom of his paws are reds, inflamed or have a moist discharge in between his paws which may be a contact allergy and/or infection affecting the skin in between the paws. If he is resistant to touching his tail, check to see if you seeing anything abnormal around his rectal area. If not, this is most likely a behavioral issue.. I hope this helps you:)
