My Maltese is having leg pain and she have sergury in the knee cap before and now she's panting and I'm going crazy because I don't know what to do ?

While I'm necessarily constrained by distance to know why she's painful at this time, it's safe to administer aspirin at a dose of 10 mg/lb with food and repeated at 12 hour intervals if necessary. You mustn't administer either naproxen or ibuprofen - both of which are toxic to dogs. Please respond with further questions or concerns if you wish.
