Hello. Thanks for the question.

Cyclosporine is a pretty strong immuno-suppressant medication. It's regulated by the FDA to be by prescription only. This goes for people and animals. You'll have to get it from another veterinarian. They do make a product called Optimmune that I typically use for my patients with KCS/ Dry Eye. With a yearly exam, they should be able to prescribe this with refills as needed.
