Most likely, yes, but when the current dose of insulin isn't doing the trick it's best to have a glucose curve performed first in order to determine where his blood glucose levels are throughout a 12-24 hour period. While his polydipsia (increased thirst) and polyuria (increased volume of urine) usually indicate a need for more insulin, it can also be caused by chronic renal and hepatic insufficiency, Cushing's disease (an important differential in doxis), electrolyte (sodium, potassium, calcium) imbalances, and rarer disorders such as diabetes insipidus and Addison's disease. Hence, his vet may recommend diagnostics in the form of blood and urine tests in addition to a glucose curve. Please respond with further questions or concerns if you wish.

Really a vague answer. I want a refund and definity do NOT want your continued service. I should have checked for commentary related to your site before putting up my money. Man up. Return my money so I do not have to take this further.
