I'm sorry that your question wasn't answered in a timely manner and I regret that I'm not allowed to communicate with customers by phone. I need to know your dog's breed, age, sex, if neutered or not, and how long your dog has been diarrheic and vomiting. Previous medical history would be helpful as well. There are too many possible etiologies of vomiting and diarrhea to list in this venue but, in general, if such symptoms have persisted more than 72 hours, it would be prudent to have your dog attended to by its vet if only to receive supplemental fluids and electrolytes in order to correct the expected dehydration and electrolyte imbalance which arises after chronic vomiting and/or diarrhea.
