I'm sorry that your question wasn't answered in a timely manner. You've described a seriously ill dog who needs the attention of a vet at your earliest convenience. I understand that you didn't come to this site just to be told to take her to a vet but without my performing a thorough physical exam including diagnostics in the form of blood and urine tests, imaging in the form of X-rays or ultrasound, I'm at a loss to tell you why she's so ill. I need to know her age, breed, vaccination status, and medical history, please. A young unvaccinated dog would be suspected of suffering from canine distemper with those symptoms.
