Customer Question

Hi! My 6 month old puppy just ate baby poop that was seemingly wrapped in a wad of thin tissue paper. He literally managed to gulp it all down as I was trying to get him to drop it. It definitely wasn't a disposable nappy. What should I do next?

Hello, I'm Dr. Deb and will do my best to help you today.

I'm sorry for this concern for your puppy. I do have a few additional questions to ask first, if you don't mind:

1. How much does your puppy weigh?

2. How long ago in minutes/hours did he eat the feces and diaper (which I assume is the case)?

3. Do you have any 3% hydrogen peroxide on hand?

There may be a slight delay after I receive your answers since I have to type up a response to you. Thanks for your patience. Deb
