I am sorry to hear you are worried about Fifi. I am a veterinarian and will do my best to help.

How long since she has stopped eating her regular food? Is she drinking water normally?

Usually when a dog slows down eating, it is their way of telling us they are sick. Especially since she is 14, if she were my own dog, I would start looking for an underlying illness or problem that is affecting her appetite. Just giving vitamins or appetite stimulants usually will not help much if at all. If she were my own, I would start with a good physical examination: palpating internal organs and lymph nodes, listening to heart and lungs, and possibly moving on to blood tests to check for things like chronic kidney disease.

If you look at her gums, are they pink in color, or do they look pale? Any vomiting, or diarrhea?
