Hello, I'm Dr. Deb and will do my best to help you today.

I'm sorry that you're having such problems with Emmy's bladder.

There aren't controlled studies in dogs to determine the precise dosage of D-Mannose powder but I typically suggest 1/2 teaspoon per 20 lbs of body weight every three hours.

I don't know if you're already using a cranberry extract but Cranandidin or Uromaxx are good products to consider.

As would be a probiotic such as Forti Flora which might help to strengthen the immune system.

I hope this helps. Deb
