I'm sorry that your question wasn't answered in a timely manner and I regret that I'm not allowed to communicate with customers by phone. Her diarrhea and hematechezia (blood in the stool) are important symptoms but they're not pathognomonic of any one disorder. I would first presumptively worm her with an over the counter wormer containing pyrantel pamoate if only because she's pregnant and I'd like to avoid gastrointestinal parasites infecting the pups. Her diarrhea could very well indicate parasites which have become quite active when parturition is imminent. When was she last bred? Her due date is approximately 63 days later.
