This is Dr. Christian. I'd like to help. How long since he ate and drank normally? Does Buster have any vomiting, diarrhea or other symptoms?

Thank you for that information. I'm sorry to hear Buster is doing so poorly. I know its difficult, I've been there with my pets in the past too. I am definitely concerned that his condition is very serious. I can't tell you what's wrong based on his symptoms and without seeing him but for a dog this age there are numerous possible serious causes. However, I don't think it is a good idea to let him go on his own. He could linger and suffer for many days before passing away from not eating or drinking enough. It would best to have him seen and possibly have him euthanized rather than let him painfully linger for several days. If you have more questions please reply back.
