I'm sorry that your question wasn't answered in a timely manner. Can you upload a photo of Belle's head posture to our conversation? If Belle's head is tilted to one side I need to consider a vestibular (balance) disorder. If she's holding her head low and her neck appears stiff I need to consider a painful neck as would be seen with both encephalopathy (brain disorder) and myelopathy (spinal cord disorders).
