My miniature poodle developed a raised bump on the inside

Customer Question

My miniature poodle developed a raised bump on the inside corner of her upper eyelid. It was contained to that small area and was not hot or inflamed. Today the entire area around her eye is red and swollen. She is starting to rub the area with her paw. What could this be?
