Friend, if she is scratching her tummy it sounds like she is trying to take the bandage off. It seems like she may be uncomfortable because of the bandage. I would have her checked in the morning by family veterinarian to take the bandage off and evaluate the incision. Discuss with your vet about leaving her without any bandage and just place the ecollar to prevent her from licking the incision; she will be fine.
