Such a dose is likely to cause lethal hypoglycemia. You can't give enough oral glucose to avoid this risk. Please bring Jack to an on-call vet to be given IV glucose and monitored over a period of 12 hours. Please respond with further questions or concerns if you wish but I'd rather you were on your way to a veterinary ER.
