My doberman has diahreea and acts disoriented. she sometimes shakes her head. this started a few hours ago.

These signs are hard to link together to one cause. My best guess would be that the diarrhea is causing some mild dehydration. The dehydration may be causing some disorientation. I'm not sure how to fit in the shaking of her head. That could just be some irritation or an infection in the ears.

I would try to get some fluids in her- water, Pedialyte or Gatorade. This will help with her hydration status. You can also try feeding some extra fiber to get the stools firmed up. I will often times have owners give 1-2 tablespoons of canned pumpkin when we're dealing with diarrhea. It's a good source of fiber.

If her signs are not resolving over the next 24 hours, then I would get her seen to make sure it's not anything more serious.
