I'm sorry that your question wasn't answered in a timely manner. There appears to be more than one thing going on. Which leg is affected, please? She could have sprained, strained, or bruised it. She may have been envenomated by a flying insect or spider. Her shivering indicates pain or chilling although pain would make more sense considering her leg. A fast heart rate also indicates pain. Please clarify what's "congested" and give me an update on her.
