Are you referring to Gorda leaving urine where she's been sleeping? If so, this is caused by urethral incompetence - the muscles of her urethra are weak and can't hold back urine in her bladder. This is relatively common in large breed dogs who have been spayed. It's treated with an estrogen such as DES or estriol or an unrelated drug called PPA. Her vet would first check to see that a urinary tract infection (UTI) isn't present which would complicate the picture. It's not unusual for urinary incontinent dogs to end up with a UTI and, if so, need to be treated with a systemic antibiotic before a drug like DES, estriol, or PPA is prescribed.
