Were the caplets 1000IU or 1000mg or something else?

Not sure I think mg bought at Cavs there little jelly looking pills yellow

I'll follow up for Dr. Dan for you. I suspect that each caplet contained 1000 IU of cholecalciferol. 14 x 1000 IU = 14,000 IU. Cholecalciferol can cause acute renal failure at a dose of 1820 IU/lb or 1820 IU/lb x 12 lbs = 21, 800 for Junior. Hence, Junior should remain well. Signs of intoxication include a painful abdomen, drinking excessively and forming an excessive amount of urine, vomiting, diarrhea and anorexia. These symptoms would have arisen between 12-24 hours after ingestion, however.
