I'm sorry that your question wasn't answered in a timely manner. Please let me know if you still need help. It sounds as if she has "slipped a disk" - an intervertebral disk has prolapsed or ruptured and is now compressing her spinal cord. These patients should be attended to by a vet at your earliest convenience. Conservative care involves the use of a nonsteroidal antiinflamamtory drug (NSAID) such as carprofen or meloxicam, a skeletal muscle relaxant such as diazepam or methocarbamol, and a narcotic analgesic such as tramadol. Dogs who become paretic (weak) or paralyzed may be surgical candidates for decompression of their spinal cords. Please respond with further questions or concerns if you wish.
