I have a small poodle mix

Customer Question

I have a small poodle mix dog about 18 pounds. He is shaking and scared. He is becoming warmer, but I am not sure if he is ill or frightened. This has been going on about 20 min. He will not leave my side and wants to be held. Very unusual.

I am very upset that no one responded. He went to the vet. I would like a full refund. I would not reccomend this service. We live far from an emergency vet. Which is why I considered this service. Please refund me promptly, unlike your response time.
