Hello my dog is 3 months old and he is walking funny and it doesn't seem to go away. His hind legs are straight then start to bend outwards and we don't know why.what could it be?

I am pretty worried by your description of his hind legs. He could have hip dysplasia, or a problem with his knee joints. It could also be a problem in his lower spine. Since he is young, the sooner you find out what the problem is, the better chance that it might be corrected. If he were my puppy, I would get some Xrays taken of his hips, lower spine, and hind legs.
