My 11 week old puppy (about 9 pounds) chewed up paper towels

Customer Question

My 11 week old puppy (about 9 pounds) chewed up paper towels with a lot of lysol spray on them. She was gagging a few minutes ago, but now seems okay.

Hello, As long as none of the paper towels were swallowed you are in good shape!I would still monitor for any symptoms of gastrointestinal distress for the next 24 hours. So, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of appetite, hypersalivating, or labored/panting breathing to suggest nausea. Otherwise, if back to normal, I would only monitor her. Dr. Andy
