Hello, I am sorry to hear about this concern for Rocky.Unfortunately, there really should be no blood present. So, I have to suspect that it is either coming from his prepuce, the shealth that surrounds the penis, or coming from the penis itself. That could be due to injury at the tip of the penis, inside the urethra or in the bladder. So, definitely, this is well worth veterinary examination, as he may need to go on a course of antibiotics, as well as, a anti-inflammatory medication. I wish we could easily treat him at home, but we don't know if there is a prepucial issue, infection, or some other trauma that occurred. Hope that info helps.Good Luck!Dr. Andy
