Hello, In my opinion, no. I do not recommend ANY flea dips, sprays powders, shampoos or flea collars. Most of these products are ancient and many do not work. I also hear about far too many complications (allergic reactions) with sprays and shampoos.I can't speak specifically for Adams products, but I would not use it myself. With products like Comfortis and Trifexis, oral prescription flea products, those are the best by far. Topically, and over the counter, I do like Vectra 3D. Of course, with any bad flea infestation, always always make sure to thoroughly and aggressively treat the entire home. Treating a pet with good flea control medication at the same time as a home treatment can work wonders for addressing a bad flea problem quickly. I live on the West Coast, so I am very adamant on aggressive flea control.Hope that info helpsGood Luck!Dr. Andy
