Hello. The sounds you are hearing are due to movement in the GI tract. This is not something to worry about unless you're also seeing vomiting or diarrhea along with it. If you want to give something to help settle down the stomach, you can give an over the counter antacid. The most common one we use, is Pepcid AC (Famotidine). The dose in dogs is 0.25 mg per lb body weight. You can give it every 12-24 hours, as needed. I hope this helps, let me know if you have any other questions.
