Hello there. I am sorry to hear about your girls tummy issues. I am happy to help you this evening. The black runny stools and dark liquid in the vomit unfortunately usually indicates a bleeding ulcer in the stomach or small intestines. This causes major stomach upset and should be addressed aggressively as it can make her quite ill. So she should definitely be seen by your vet tomorrow to get a good check over head to toe and get on some prescription medications to treat her stomach issues. But tonight I would offer her water but no food even though she isn't eating. If you have it I would give her Pepcid AC 10 mg 1 tablet by mouth twice daily to help reduce stomach acid and reduce irritation. You can also give her pepto bismol at a dose of 1 teaspoon per 15 lbs of body weight by mouth every 8 hours. This will help coat her tummy and settle things down until she can be seen. These usually are not strong enough medications to correct the ulcers in her digestive tract but tonight will help and settle her tummy. Definitely have her seen tomorrow though. She can be offered a bland diet of boiled chicken and rice or boiled beef and rice for breakfast to see if she has any interest and see if she holds it down before going to the vet also. Don't give any other foods or medications until she is seen. I hope this helps and I hope this makes sense. Please do not hesitate to ask if you have any further questions or concerns. I would be happy to help. Please do not forget to rate my response so I receive credit for my time. Thank you!
