Hi,Welcome to Justanswer. I'm a licensed veterinarian and I'd like to help you and Jack today. It seems that Jack has a spinal cord lesion and it is very important to determine if he has any pain sensation to his rear legs. If he has no pain, then the best chance for him to walk again will be to see an emergency veterinarian tonight. He may actually need emergency surgery to prevent permanent damage to his spinal cord. When you pinch Jack's toes can he feel that? Pinch firmly.
