What should be my concerns, he was sticking his tong out and leaking his paws.

I'm sorry that your question wasn't answered in a timely manner. Anorexia and lethargy are important symptoms but they're not pathognomonic (specifically indicative) of any one disorder. Similarly, sticking his tongue out may indicate oral pain or gastrointestinal distress but isn't a defining symptom. Licking the paws suggests paw involvement in a skin infection, atopy (allergies to environmental allergens), food intolerance, or simply painful paws. Keeping him hydrated with the chicken broth is smart. If he doesn't remiss unaided over the weekend, I see little recourse to having his vet thoroughly examine him Monday. Have any additional symptoms arisen that might help localize his disorder?
