Dr I am a hearing impaired person with a service dog relocting in Northern Wyoming, My do g has been very sick one stupid vet said he had a heart murmur another vet said he had an enlarged heart , Iv given him thevery best care I can afford recently the dog had a heart attack or seizure a Madrid dr saved his life He has a intermitten cough and is distressed when he tries to rest we give him a cough med prescribed by calif vet. his ears are very hot. can I give him alittle bit ibuprofen or can I wait to take him to vet in the morning. I amjust at my wits end starting a new job here in n wyo. and do not have much left in bank but can pay you on third Please help! Rick King

early on when he did not want to eat vet gave him hi potent b vit. and cephalexis have on hand furosetide 12.5 bmg, benazepril hci 5mg, one other med can not find right now .recently dog had heart attack from to strong of med so please have compassion and tell me what to do on line rick king

Im sorry you had to wait for an answer. I hope things are going ok. It sounds like you do need to get your dog to a vet as soon as you can. BUT DO NOT give ibuprofen. It is highly toxic to dogs and could make his situation much worse. Best wishes.
