my dog won't drink and has her jaw locked shut. breathing is labored and shallow. She has been lethargic and weak over the last 3 days

These symtoms came on with a fever and lethargy. Friday was the first indication of illness when she just vomited yellowish liquid a few times and would not eat. Vet yesterday xray but no ultrasound, indicate a fluid and possible mass in abdomin. We don't know what she could have eaten but if cancer, we don't see how the symptoms presented so suddenly. It sounds like she ate something.
