My 5 year, 12 lb., yorkie has eaten two packets of Quaker Oats Instant Oatmeal. Do I give him water? Should I do anything special?

The oatmeal ingestion is not a big concern. Oatmeal does not swell significantly when moistened, and there is not a high likelihood of obstruction.
I would encourage him to drink well using dilute chicken broth or water from a tuna can to prevent dehydration. Aside from that, I would just monitor him and continue his regular schedule and feedings.
