Definitely! Wish I could diagnose and treat him here, but not possible!
Your vet will be able to do a thorough physical exam and give him fluid support. He will probably also recommend a blood profile to determine if all of his organs are functioning normally, or if one system is in trouble. From as painful as he sounded last PM. . .shaking. . .I am very suspicious of pancreatitis
I will be here to answer any questions, but I'd get him seen today if you can.
There is a credit card called Care Credit. Many vets offer this. It is possible to get approved right away, and if money is an issue (who doesn't have this problem?), you'll have the funds to get what Hector needs. Payments are monthly, and the first 6 months are generally interest free.
Hope this helps, and please keep me updated with his diagnosis and progress. Even after a rating, this thread stays open for quite awhile, so we will be able to continue to communicate.
Best of luck to you and little Hector Guardado,
