I am sorry to hear you are worried about Missy. I am, too, from your description. I am a veterinarian, and will do my best to help.
What issues with urination has she had?
How long since she ate her dog food?
If you look at her gums, are they pink in color, or do they look pale?
I am very worried about an older dog that is not eating
, is vomiting, and is losing weight. She could have internal disease (liver disease, kidney failure, pancreatitis
), cancer, infection, diabetes
, many things. If her gums look pale to you, I am even more concerned this could be serious.
I would have your vet check her out as soon as possible. Until then, try to keep her hydrated by offering water, broth, Pedialyte, soup, any liquid she will drink.
There is a chance she has something that medication or other treatment may help. However, at her age, she may be in her final decline.
Let me know what other questions you have.
