Hello, I'm Dr. Van and I will be glad to answer your questions today!
I am sorry to hear that Sophie is not feeling well. I am also quite concerned here. A pet with a pale tongue should be seen by a vet right away because it can mean something serious is going on. A pale tongue means there is not enough red blood cells in her system (anemia) and therefore not enough oxygen is being circulated to all the vital organs/tissues. I would bring her to a vet right away to get checked out. They can do a thorough physical exam and check for anemia.
So I would get her to a vet soon as possible.
