Hey thanks for that, that's a big help, it does look very like a minor stitch reaction. { And nothing at all to worry about }. The chances are it will just come to a head and burst sometime over the next few days and then resolve.

Sometimes you find a fragment of suture in them, if this is the case it can be removed with tweezers or cut with a small pair of scissors.

Because we are talking via the internet I have to add the usual if you are concerned consult with you vet thing but really I would be so surprised if this proves necessary.
