I just found this site by chance. I took my yorkshire
I just found this site by chance. I took my yorkshire terriers out for a walk today and one of them began limping and then collapsed after rummaging around in the bushes. I carried him back to the car and took him to the vets where he was given pain killers and I was told to bring him back Friday if he's no better. He's eating and drinking but when he tries to stand or walk the affected rear leg seems to move involuntarily. He is now lying asleep but the leg/paw is still twitching every now and then. The vet said there didn't seem to be anything in it. I am wondering if he maybe could have stood on something toxic to him? … read more
