1) When was the bone ingested?
2) By sick, do you mean vomiting?
3) IF yes to vomiting, when did that start?

The bone was digested yesterday, and he just started vomiting. He also seems to want to have a bowel movement but isn't producing anything.

With what you write - unfortunately this is an emergency. With a bone ingestion, while we can not rule out stomach upset alone - the major concern would be a blockage. An x-ray should be done as soon as possible.

A blockage would need emergency surgery. If this is just stomach upset - that would be the best case we can think of - but can not feel comfortable treating for this alone until a blockage has been ruled out.
