Did he just eat the neosporin or did he eat the entire tube?

The neosporin is not a problem at all. It is petroleum based distilate that is very similar to vaseline. It might give him some diarrhea, but that is about it.

LAXATONE is a product that is used in cats to help with hairballs or dogs with constipation. It is essentially neosporine without the antibiotic inside.

The antibiotic in neosporine will not hurt him either. They are actually a very small amount in the topical form versus the oral form of the antibiotics that he would ingest normally.

If there are pieces of the foil container missing that is where you might get into trouble. Which is why I ask was it a foil container or a plastic container?
