Glyphosate (trade name Roundup) was fed to dogs at the rate of 500mg/kg/day with no ill effect (in one study I'm familiar with). That qualifies it as not a significant risk to dogs. Having said that, it would be prudent to wait until the glyphosate is thoroughly dried and has soaked into the greenery . There are also "inert" chemicals in Roundup - usually vehicles in which the glyphosate is suspended. A dog can have an idosyncratic reaction to any chemical - even those listed as "inert". So, in summary, the more time you keep Bella from the treated area, the better; and there are far worse products you could use.
