Hi there. I'm sorry to hear about your dog. Most clinics will use universal donor blood or will crossmatch the blood first to prevent reactions like this. I'd look into hospitalizing her at more of a specialist facility... that'll increase her chances of survival. Make sure they have her on steroids, but ALSO. On either azathioprine or cyclosporine. Many clinics will only use steroids, and that's not ideal. Other than that, hospitalization, the appropriate blood transfusions, and the appropriate medications, all you can do is wait and hope.
