What breed of puppy is she? Did you make these cookies or are they commercially made?

I'm sure I can answer your question with some additional information,

She's a sheltie, i bought the dough and cooked them at home.

Commercial chocolate chips are more sugar than chocolate. With that amount and at her size, at worst she might have some diarrhea. I would not stress her by making her vomit. I would keep an eye on her, if she is going to have an adverse reaction she will vomit within the hour. You may notice some hyperactivity as well.

I'm glad she didn't get into the dough,

Dr. Karen
