My dog chewed on a Boston Butt bone (cooked) and now has some diarrhea and blood in her stool. What do I need to do at 11:00 at night?!?!

You can try OTC imodium or peptobismol to help with the diarrhea. Just give a dose relative to weight as recommend for an adult human. For example, a small chihuahua will probably get @ 1/8th the recommended adult human dose. You can also give pedialyte to help with hydration. If you see no improvement in 24 hours a trip to your vet is recommended. He may want to start her on antibiotics.

Hope that helps,
