My cocker spaniel is not breathing good and not getting around…

My cocker spaniel is...
My cocker spaniel is not breathing good and not getting around much not eating not drinking. This has started all of a sudden and this morning he throw up bright blood. He is at the vet hospital, but I have not been told what is going on yet. He has had problems with seizures and is on medicine to control them and he has a enlarged heart. He is 10 year old. He also felt hot to me. What could be the problem?
