I was told that I can give my dog bufferin to help with arthritis pain. Is it safe? What is the dosage for a 100 lb lab mix? Thank you.
HI Sue and welcome to Justanswer!

yes this is safe and has less side effects on your guy. The dose of aspirin is 5 mg per pound given every 12 hrs for arthritis. Since your guy is 100 lbs. the dose would be1 1/2 aspirin tablets(they are 325 mg) every 12 hrs.

Good Luck and Happy Holidays!!
